Bonjour les amis!

This week with FrenchSoc:

Enjoy a FREE coffee/hot drink and practice your French with other students. Look out for the French flag and some of our friendly exec in our navy Frenchsoc t-shirts.

Study group

2-3pm Monday August 3, Isabelle Fidler Room (Top floor of Manning)

Make a start on that French homework! Study, share your knowledge and chat with a group of French students.

Free French Film screening with MeetUp: Happenstance (Le battement d'ailes du papillon)

6-9pm Tuesday 4 August, Hermann's Bar

Come enjoy a FREE drink from the bar and French conversation from 6-7pm. This cute French film will screen from 7pm. Pizzas will be available for purchase from the bar.

Happenstance: When wide-eyed Irène (Audrey Tautou), a horoscope-believing, hopeless romantic, exchanges glances with a young restaurateur on a train, it's love at first sight. But they'll continually intersect -- through dozens of other people's lives -- before they meet.

Welcome afternoon tea for exchange and international students

4- 6pm Thursday 6 August, Café Azzuri (Level 1, Wentworth Building)
Frenchsoc invites all members to welcome and meet new
exchange and international students at Sydney Uni with afternoon tea on Thursday! All exchange and French speaking international students can have a FREE coffee.
